Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
